A: You can load general waste, green waste, timber, bricks, etc. Hazardous items (asbestos, chemicals, gases) are not permitted unless specially arranged.
A: Our standard hire period is 3 days — but we are flexible. Let us know your schedule and we’ll tailor the timeframe.
A: If the bin is placed on the street or nature strip, many councils require a permit. We can help you with that process.
A: Overfilled or overweight bins may incur additional charges or be refused for collection. Always stay below the rim and inform us about heavy loads.
