3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings require confirmation via phone, email, or online form.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before delivery to avoid charges.

5. Use of Bins

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the skip bin is not overloaded or filled above the rim.
  • Keeping prohibited materials (asbestos, hazardous chemicals, batteries, gas bottles, liquids, etc.) out of the bin.
  • Providing clear access for delivery and collection.

Extra fees may apply for excess weight, inaccessible sites, or incorrect waste types.

6. Council Permits

If the bin is placed on public property (street or nature strip), a council permit may be required.
Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permits, unless otherwise arranged with us.

7. Liability

Prime Skip Bin Hire will not be liable for:

  • Damage to driveways, lawns, or surfaces due to vehicle movement.
  • Losses resulting from misuse or unauthorised use of the bin.
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or third-party issues beyond our control.

8. Safety

Customers must not move or relocate bins after placement.
We reserve the right to refuse unsafe or non-compliant loading conditions.

9. Governing Law
